Isel Makapugay

For twenty years I ran my family’s on-demand printing and business center, where we also offered graphic design. Every day I worked directly with customers, listening to what they needed and helping them get it done.

Today I bring that experience to the digital side of business. I build AI automation for small businesses, so that everyday tasks such as bookings, follow-ups and reports can run on their own. Through 2021 SOLUTECH OPC, an official channel partner of Fujifilm Business Innovation Philippines and VST ECS Phils Inc, I help businesses digitize, archive and secure their documents.

I also publish books on Amazon, and I am continuing my own education in the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at AIM Philippines.
